Just 1.5 hours from Berlin or Rostock and 2 hours from Hamburg, our cozy 5-room Schnitterhaus Aninka is the perfect home away from home for your vacation. The vacation home accommodates 6 to 10 people, plus 1–2 small children. Thanks to its size and the garden, it’s ideal for larger families or for a vacation with a family of friends. Beachgoers, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, cyclists, golfers, anglers, hikers, sauna lovers, and geocachers are all warmly welcome here and invited to enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet of the area.

The Aninka vacation home is a historic reaper’s cottage over 150 years old, which was renovated as recently as 2025 and modernized with solid wood furniture. Its historic charm, tasteful, lovingly designed, family-friendly furnishings, and prime location near Lake Fleese in the heart of a magnificent vacation region promise relaxing and unforgettable vacations all year round.

The best endorsement for us—and your guarantee of a comfortable vacation: Our Schnitterhaus Aninka was inspected by the German Tourism Association (DTV) in 2025 and awarded 4 stars ****: “High-quality overall amenities with superior comfort.” In addition, our Aninka was also awarded 3 paws by the DTV for being a dog-friendly home.

Our Aninka accommodates 6 to 10 people, plus 1–2 small children. Spanning a generous 140 m² over 2 floors, there are 5 living areas: a 35 m² living room with a fireplace, seating, recliners, a large dining table, a smart flat-screen TV (with a DVD player and several DVDs), and a smart stereo system (with Bluetooth/CD/radio/USB). In addition, there are 2 full bathrooms with natural light (1 with a shower, bathtub, and toilet; 1 with a shower and toilet), a large, fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining table, and a total of 4 separate bedrooms on the upper floor:

• turquoise lake-view living room with 1 double bed (180x200 cm) and 1 sofa bed (140x200 cm) for up to 4 people
• Purple lavender-themed room with 1 double bed (180x200 cm) and 1 crib (60x120 cm, up to age 3)
• Orange Children’s Room with 2 single beds in a solid corner bunk bed—kids love it (each 90x200m)
• Yellow farmhouse cottage with 2 single beds (90x200 cm each) and, if needed, a pull-out bed box with a 3rd single bed (80x200 cm)

The fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere in every season. Thanks to the new central heating system, the house is habitable year-round. The wide plank flooring installed on the upper floor in 2025 ensures a pleasant indoor climate under the roof. From the upper floor, enjoy the view of the beautiful Fleesensee, just 200m away, with its sandy beach perfect for swimming, large sunbathing areas, water sports activities, and the beach promenade. It’s just a 2-minute walk from the house to the water. Rounding out the experience is a covered patio with seating, 2 parking spaces at the house, and a fenced-in, green, sunny garden with seating, lounge chairs, a large sandbox with a small slide, a fire pit, a clothesline, and bike racks. In the evenings, the grill is perfect for a barbecue.

Amenities also include free Wi-Fi with a fast fiber-optic connection, a towel warmer, a washing machine, two hair dryers, a small dishwasher, an oven with an induction cooktop and range hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a blender, high-quality tableware, blackout curtains, cozy blankets and pillows, insect screens in all rooms, a vacuum cleaner, a selection of games, and a book exchange shelf. For our youngest guests, we provide 2 high chairs, a changing station in the upper bathroom, an additional crib (for children up to 3 years old; not included in the price), and children’s tableware. The real highlight for the little ones, however, is our selection of toys in the house and garden, our play store, a kids’ kitchen in the children’s bedrooms, a puppet show set, and our handcart—which you can use to easily transport all your belongings along the edge of the forest to the beach, just 2 minutes away.

All our homes are smoke-free. Pets are welcome upon request for an additional fee. Linen packages (bed linens for €15 per person [pre-made] and a towel package for €11 per person) are available as an optional extra for an additional fee.

If you need accommodations for more people, we can also book the directly adjacent Schnitterhäuser Milena or Tamara for you at the same time.

A security deposit of 200€ is required as a temporary security measure. In addition, the municipality charges a daily visitor’s tax (for guests 16 years and older, ranging from €0.75 to €2 per day depending on the season and any applicable discounts), which must be paid in advance.

The proximity to the A19 highway and the location between Berlin, Hamburg, and Rostock ensure excellent accessibility with short travel times.
Whether you’re looking to get out into nature, enjoy an active vacation with sports, relax in the countryside amidst the 1,000 lakes, unwind with wellness treatments, savor good food, take advantage of the numerous activities for children, or explore the beautiful historic towns and sights of the Mecklenburg Lake District—there’s something here for everyone, young and old alike.

Our vacation homes Tamara, Aninka, Milena, and Elara (Elara is still under construction) are located in the quiet village of Untergöhren, a district of the resort town of Göhren-Lebbin situated directly on Lake Fleesen. The beach on Lake Flee is just 200 meters from our vacation homes—if needed, you can simply stow your bags and belongings in the handcart provided exclusively for you and be at the water’s edge in 2 minutes. The path there runs right along the edge of a beautiful forest. The beach also forms the center of Untergöhren. Here, in addition to two expansive natural sand beaches with spacious and well-maintained sunbathing areas right on the shallow bay of Lake Fleese, you’ll find a lovely beach promenade leading toward the harbor with passenger boat service, two adventure playgrounds, and a fantastic water playground, a separate, fenced-off dog beach, a food truck, restaurants, restrooms, a boat rental, Wassersport Fleesensee (stand-up paddleboarding, SUP yoga, windsurfing, sailing, canoe rentals and lessons), table tennis tables, a volleyball court and a soccer field, a bocce court, and plenty of places to sit. Via the Kölpinsee lake in between, you can even travel from Fleesensee to the Müritz by water without passing through any locks.

The main town of Göhren-Lebbin, just 2 km away, also offers a wide variety of activities—particularly thanks to its outstanding selection of sports—and can be reached via a great fitness trail or the shuttle bus. Sports options include, for example, golf, tennis (indoor and outdoor), squash, fitness, horseback riding, Segway tours, go-kart and bike rentals, a bowling alley, and mini-golf. In addition, there’s the Aqua Fun swimming and sauna paradise, the Fleesensee alpacas, Fleesensee Castle (with hotel facilities), dining options and small shops, and the market square—which includes the tourist information office, among other things.

The romantic island town of Malchow, just 9 km away, is also always worth a visit with its beautiful alleys and half-timbered houses, as well as its waterfront location. There are numerous supermarkets and other shopping options here, ranging from gas stations to drugstores. Malchow also offers a wide range of tourist attractions, from the beach to the summer toboggan run with its “Monkey Forest,” the year-round ice rink, and several museums worth visiting. The nearest train station is also located here.

Just over 20 km away lies the well-known spa town of Waren/Müritz, situated directly on the edge of Müritz National Park, featuring the Müritzeum Aquarium, the city harbor, the public swimming pool, the Tschu-Tschu train, draisine tours, a show garden, and much more. Year-round cultural events, the numerous lakes with their beautiful surrounding nature, and other attractions round out the offerings around Fleesensee.
