Beautiful spacious apartment, clean and comfortable

Pros: The apartment was close to the train station which was great for us as we used the station every day. It was a beautiful apartment with high ceilings, beautiful tiled floors, exceptionally clean and comfortable. La Spezia was a good base for the Cinque Terre and offers shopping, restaurants and of course the port

Very comfortable and perfectly situated to visit the town and the surrounding area. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend it.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s spacious, clean, and just as described. The location is ideal — right in the city centre and within walking distance of the train station. The host was very welcoming and responsive, making everything easy for us. We recommend this place to anyone visiting La Spezia.

The apartment was immaculate. We instantly felt comfortable. Giacomo was so kind and helpful. The apartment was close to the train. We easily visited Florence, Lucca and Cinque Terra

The apartment is very spacious and in a residential area. The air conditioning in each room works very well and the beds are very comfortable! The shower is fantastic! Francesco and a very kind woman (I can’t recall her name) met us at the apartment and Francesco helped us carry our luggage up the outside stairs. There is an elevator inside. Francesco called to make a restaurant reservation for us and before our stay, he sent me churches to attend per my questioning. Then he showed us on a map where to go. Both Francesco and the woman were so kind showing us around the apartment and answering all of our questions about the area. We always felt safe walking back to the apartment when returning on the train at night. The apartment has plenty of plates, glasses, utensils etc. We loved our stay and would stay here again if we came back to the area.

Een fantastisch appartement op een prachtige locatie in de stad

Pros: We werden warm en persoonlijk ontvangen door de hosts. Naast alle info die zij verstrekten lagen er ook goede info boekjes klaar die ons hielpen om alle uitjes te plannen. Bij aankomst stond er koffie, thee, flesjes water en een fles bubbels klaar. De heerlijke Italiaanse koffie smaakte nóg lekkerder op het zonnige balkonnetje aan het houten tafeltje. De locatie was ook perfect. Minuten afstandjes naar het station, stad en haven. Ook was de host beschikbaar om vragen te beantwoorden voor en tijdens ons verblijf. En het appartement zelf is echt prachtig!
