We loved the townhouse. Golf cart is fantastic. The deck with the view of the golf course and proximity to the bay were ideal for our family.

The condo was nice and loved the golf cart. The furniture was dirty, stained and ripped. The dining chairs were all stained. Should not have white furniture in a rental! Said it had 2 king beds and a pullout. No pullout and only 1 king bed, the other was a queen. False advertising. It was nice to bring our dog and the back deck of the condo was nice. Needs more pots and pans and new dishes and coffee cups.

The resort staff were very helpful and kind. Almost everything we did was accessible by golf cart. There was so much to do for the entire family. The house provided beautiful views and was closely located to the pool. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again. We hated to leave!

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors could have been cleaned better as a pair of white socks dirtied up pretty quickly when walking around. Beach chairs in the beach closet are only comfortable for a child. Not made for an average adult. Other than those 2 minor items, we enjoyed the use of the golf cart with pretty much anything you might need minutes away.

'My Vacation Haven Rocks'

Great rental, but…

We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with views of the golf course. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the patio as it must have gotten worked on prior to our arrival. All of the furniture was moved to the grass area and was covered with dirt. The house was clean, but could use a deep clean. The beds and couch were very soft, which we found uncomfortable, but that is a personal preference. The couch was smelly and had lots of stains. The most disappointing part was that we were not able to use the golf cart during our entire stay, as the battery was dead. The management company said they would address the issue, but we didn’t see much effort in getting it to work. It was also missing the back bench cushion, which only made it a 4 seat golf cart. The company stated that the cart gets inspected before each arrival, which clearly wasn’t the case. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay at Sandestin, but we wouldn’t book this property again.

Peaceful

We love staying on the bay side and in The Fairways. Being able to see the beautiful sunrise and sunsets along with nature is a great way to relax. The golf cart makes it great to get around. The property Management is super responsive. We have stayed with other Managements and yhe experience with My Vacation Haven is the best. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice property and great location. The property management group was easy to work with and communication from them was very good. I would suggest that a new cleaning service be hired as there was dust and debris under the master bedroom bed as well as the couch. Overall 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend this property to others. Thank you.

Summer Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the bayside view of this property and it was in a great location. However, the golf cart is advertised as a 6 seater. When we arrived there was no cushion on the back seat making this a 4 seater. I called and complained and was told bc it was the 4th of July holiday things were closed and they couldn’t get us a cushion. Also, the plug for the golf cart is a fire hazard. Several times unplugging it , it sparked and was frayed. The back porch was a hot mess. Very, Very dirty . It took me a few hours to sweep the porch and wipe all the furniture down to even be able to enjoy it. It was almost impossible to cook a meal for 6 people in this house. Kitchen is not well stocked. We enjoy cooking a seafood feast on vacation and there wasn’t even a pot or strainer big enough. All kitchen supplies that were there were thrown in the cabinets and very unorganized.

Family vacay.

This was a wonderful neighborhood for my family. The pools were very nice and pool temperatures were perfect. The golf cart was an added plus. The condo was clean and all beds were very comfy. Only thing I will advise is that the only bedroom with a TV is the master suite, just in case you sleep with one. Other than that we had absolutely no issues and loved it!

Relaxing and Peaceful

The pictures and description of the vacation property were spot on. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view of the bay and golf course from the back deck was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings with coffee to have a quiet moment away from everything. We went to the beach almost every day. The parking at the beach access point was great, but the actual beach was frustrating and the only negative about our vacation. The hotels set up so many rows of beach chairs and umbrellas for rental that you have to set up your personal beach tent/chairs almost to the dunes at the back of the beach. To walk to the ocean and swim, you have to step over towels and go in between other beach umbrellas and people. About half of the chairs were rented every day so it was ridiculous to have barely any room for the public not staying at a hotel. We tried driving farther away for a different beach access but the opposite was true. No parking available but plenty of beach space. Overall, we would definitely recommend the property and come up with beach access alternatives.

May Vacay!

I stayed here with my husband, 21year old son and my dog. We had a great time! It was so nice to have the golf cart to take to the beach, pool and out to dinner. The house was very comfortable and the location was great! We enjoyed our time very much.

Pleasant stay

The property was as described. the golf cart was not available when we arrived- we called the office and was informed it was in for repair. The following day a temporary cart was bought to the property for us to use and we were happy with this outcome. would stay again and do recommend.
