The 40 m² property, on one level, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional toilet. Additional amenities include a convection oven, a television, air conditioning in the living room-kitchen, a fan in each bedroom, and a large covered terrace. Parking is available on the property.



It is forbidden to bring pets, have barbecues, smoke, or play loud music.



You will benefit from quick access to Sète, Carcassonne, and the Sigean wildlife reserve (45 km away). Spain is 115 km away. Public transport is also within walking distance.



The property offers you free access to a shared outdoor area with heated pools, paddling pool, slide, jacuzzi, and artificial lagoon. Clubs for children and teenagers are available, and activities run until 11 pm.



Paid services are available on site, such as bike rental, arcade room, restaurant, bar, ice cream shop, bakery, shopping center, and electric vehicle charging. For an extra fee, you can use Wi-Fi, bed linen, laundry service, and access the spa area with hot tub, sauna, massage treatments, and hairdresser.
