Welcome to the La Dune residence,

Your Villa in Valras with an area of 40m² for 6 people, consists of:

- Charming living room with sofa bed (1x2 persons, 140x200) and television;
- Terrace, private garden with barbecue
- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, toaster, kettle, SENSEO pod coffee maker, dishwasher and kitchen utensils);
- Bedroom 1: double bed (1x2 persons 160x200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (1x2 persons 140x190)
- Shower room with hairdryer, towel dryer and separate toilet
- The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, blankets and pillows;
- Possibility to borrow from reception: board games, iron, hairdryer.
- Free private outdoor parking (No. 64)
- Heated shared swimming pool

The La Dune residence is ideally located:
- 450 metres from sandy beaches;
- 600 metres from shops and restaurants;
- 1 km from a supermarket;

Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are additional:
- End-of-stay cleaning: 90€
- Sheets pack: 16€ / bed
- Towels pack: 12€ / person

A deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival.
