Private: garden 9'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 170 - 185 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool house, parking (for 10 cars) at the house. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station 2 km, sandy beach 60 km. Sports harbour 80 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sevilla 19 km, Aldea del Rocío 50 km. Hiking paths: Parque de Doñana 50 km, Corredor Verde del Río Guadiamar 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
