Sevillian town-house right in front of the Cathedral and the Giralda. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living-dining room, kitchen and central patio. Private terrace and viewing platform. 4-story luxury in a unique location, with elevator. South-faced. Suitable for 8+1 guests.

Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features of Sevillian craftsmanship such as carved wooden doors, wrought ironwork and ceramic tilework. The entrance of the house is through a patio with a seating area and a tiled fountain, where you can breathe tranquility, freshness and quietness.

The living room features a traditional Sevillian cierro window that lets in plenty of light and looks out towards the Cathedral. It is furnished with sofas, armchairs, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a drying area, on the terrace.

Other features: TV, internet WIFI and air-conditioning in all rooms (with cooling and heating). The elevator goes from the ground floor to the top floor.

4 Bedrooms + 4 bathrooms: each sleeping room has a double bed, a full bathroom with shower and plenty of wardrobe space. There is an additional supplementary bed available, which completes the house capacity to sleep 9.

Terrace & viewing platform: The house provides a beautiful terrace with plants, canopy and garden furniture. There is a second terrace with a laundry room and a higher terrace with a viewing platform - perfect for enjoying an unrivalled view of the Cathedral and Giralda tower.

Perfect Stay!!

Loved everything about this amazing house! Perfect location, great for large groups. Furnished perfectly and the rooftop patios were delightful in the evenings! Not too noisy, and close to everything.

Fabulous stay in the centre of Sebille

We were wowed with the location. Everything was a stones throw away.A great townhouse with plenty of space, comfortable beds and powerful showers.Great views and great accessibility having a lift.

This property is magnificent. The Giralda Tower is steps in front of the villa. We especially loved to rooftop with the adjustable awning. You are truly in the middle of everything. I could barely hear the Cathedral bells at night but are so beautiful st 9 am. You cannot miss them then. The management team was great and nade check in a breeze. The elevator was wonderful as were the showers, beds, and air conditioning. You cant have a better location in beautiful Sevilla.

Seville getaway

Great location overlooking the cathedral from the rooftop patio. Easy walk to great restaurants, sites & all amenities! Manuel was very responsive for check-in & when we needed recommendations! I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Apartment in Downtown Seville

This apartment is wonderful and conveniently located in the heart of Seville. The elevator makes it easy to access each floor with luggage. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience in Seville, an absolute gorgeous city. I only wish it was not so hot but there are air conditioners throughout the home.

Ideal Location

Our family of 7 adults stayed at Casa Cathedral during our trip to Seville and had an amazing time! The location is perfect and easily walkable to dining, attractions, bars and shopping. The view from the patio is the best in Seville! We enjoyed dinner on the patio one night and enjoyed the view every evening before bed. We found the bell tower bells charming and they did not inhibit our sleep. The rooms are comfortable with ample closet space and nice air conditioning. All of us highly recommend this casa for a perfect visit to Seville!

Seville Stay

The place was beautiful, each room as a bathroom, and everything is exceptionally clean and well stocked. Right across from the Cathedral, the view was stunning. The roof top view is fantastic. There were 5 stories, but an elevator for those finding steps challenging. Just be aware, that because this place is at the heart of tourist attraction, there is noise well into the night (tourist traffic and street garbage collection at 1 a.m), plus the bells tolling every hour can affect light sleepers.

Magical Property

This place is magical. The sunsets on the rooftop were dazzling. The location is perfect. Right in the center of it all. We spent 5 days here and we found new details we loved every day. The painted tiles on the staircase, the carved wood doors, the gorgeous three level terrace. The bedrooms are on the smaller side, but are outfitted with closet systems that made it easy to organize our clothes. It was very convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, even in 95°F (35°C) temperatures. The 3 levels of staircases were beautiful, but daunting at the end of a long day, so the elevator was convenient to take us to the top floors. Overall, we LOVED this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

We just completed a stay in Casa Catedral and I have mixed feelings. Positives:-Location is as central as it gets. -View from the terrace is spectacular, especially at night. -I slept well here. I loved the crisp sheets and the pillows were comfortable.--VEO was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The AC quit working soon after we arrived and they got someone over there within the hour who was able to get it going again. (But more on that later.) Negatives:-This is my main complaint. The furnishings in this apartment are NOT the same as what is pictured in the listing. The furniture in the VRBO listing make this look like a luxury apartment, but the furniture that is actually in the apartment is 3* at best. Instead of the nice plump rust colored sofa and chairs pictured online they have two worn naugahyde sofas. Same with the dining chairs. And the terrace doesn't have the attractive mesh chairs either.-We were lucky that we didn't need all 4 bedrooms because the cooling capacity was insufficient to cool the living room and all 4 bedrooms at the same time.-The kitchen is haphazardly equipped. For example, 14 dinner plates but only 1 proper wine glass. For an apartment in this price range they should do better. Overall, what you are paying for at Casa Catedral is the location and the terrace. As long as you're not expecting a luxury apartment you'll be fine here.

Great place, even better location!

This place is awesome. ...But to be helpful, let me give the good and the bad: Good: The location is superb. The view from the roof-top terrace is unbelievable. The interior of this apartment is lovely--very well decorated. The bathrooms, in particular, are very nice, with nice tile work and are very clean. The main living room is large, with big beautiful windows, and is a great room. The kitchen is quite small, though nice, and nicely designed. They get a lot out of a small space. The manager, Julia, is excellent: speaks perfect English (she's German), and is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The security (locks, etc) for the place is great (a little over-the-top, in fact). You feel very safe and secure. Bad: The great central location and the proximity to the loud Cathedral bells makes it pretty noisy at night (though I think everywhere in the center of the action in Spain has this problem). If you have trouble dealing with noise at night, this will be a problem. The bathrooms are cramped. The top floor bathroom, in particular, is absurdly small (if they would have omitted the bidet, it would have been tolerable, but they didn't, so the bathroom is almost non-functional). Also, the top floor bathroom stinks because of improperly vented plumbing (a very unfortunate and easily avoidable problem that I've encountered a lot). The bedrooms are on the small side. The tall and narrow layout of the apartment has its pros and cons. I liked it, but I imagine some wouldn't want to always be going up and down by elevator or stair. Overall: Excellent place. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at Casa Catedral! It was the ideal location for exploring Sevilla. Everything was wonderfullly appointed. We especially enjoyed the patio with La Giralda as our backdrop and listening to the bells. Highly recommend.

Christmas in Sevilla

Property was perfect for our family holiday. Close to everything and a very nice apartment. Lots of bells, but that was part of the experience for Christmas. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house in prime location!

Mariano was very responsive! The view from the terrace is outstanding and the home is within walking distance to all main attractions and restaurants. Loud at night but worth it for the location.. Truly wonderful trip!
