The light-filled living area with a 65-inch smart TV is your cozy hub—open, modern, and with direct access to the approximately 26 m² rooftop terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun, the sea air, and relaxation in your own beach chair. In addition, a wind-protected nook with a table is perfect for a morning coffee break. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances—ideal for enjoying delicious meals and social evenings. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth, and the ventilation system with heat recovery ensures a comfortable indoor climate.

**Sleeping**
Both bedrooms are furnished with spacious box-spring beds and a 43-inch smart TV each. The beds have a full-length topper, so full-length sheets are required. The master bedroom also offers direct access to the rooftop terrace—for sunny moments from the moment you wake up until bedtime.

In the underground garage, you’ll have your own lockable storage room with a power outlet—ideal for charging e-bikes. A washer and dryer are available right in the apartment. Check-in is contactless via a key safe—convenient and flexible.
