These sunny lots are located in the village of Korswandt, between Lake Wolgast and Lake Gothen, about 5 km from the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The seaside resorts of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin are just a few minutes’ drive away. You can go swimming in nearby Lake Wolgast or at the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck. The Baltic Sea beach in Ahlbeck’s “Kaiserbad” is just a few minutes’ bike ride away (about 3 km) via a picturesque forest path.

This half of the vacation home offers 72 square meters of space for up to 6 people. The bright living room features a cozy couch area with a pull-out bed (sleeping area 125x190) and a flat-screen TV. A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth on cooler days. The dining area, along with the fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment—is also integrated into the living room. The sunny south-facing terrace is accessible from the living room and invites you to relax. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine is also available here for your use at no additional cost. The two bedrooms on the upper floor are furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses or two single beds (each 90 x 200) and ample closet space. The upstairs bathroom treats guests to an infrared sauna; a shower and sink/toilet are also available here. A parking space is located on the property.
We’re happy to deliver firewood to your apartment. For this service, we charge 6.00 euros plus the cost of the firewood at 8.00 euros per bag (approx. 15 kg).
