Built around the turn of the century, the richly ornamented and stately buildings along the Baltic Sea coast now form the world’s largest contiguous ensemble of preserved seaside resort architecture. The “Chrissi” seaside resort villa is also one such dream brought to life in stone, wood, and glass. With its columns, balconies, balustrades, and numerous delicate decorative elements, it resembles a work of art. Step inside and enjoy the charm of bygone eras, which is still very much alive today.
This light-filled, 90-square-meter, 3-room apartment, featuring typical seaside resort architecture with high ceilings, is located on the first floor and offers plenty of space for up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
The spacious living room is furnished with a cozy leather sofa, an armchair, a smart TV, and a sleeper chair. The separate dining area with a large wooden table and the modern, fully equipped kitchen—featuring an induction cooktop, oven, large dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and two drawers—are open and seamlessly integrated into the bright living space.
The living room and bedrooms feature real wood flooring, which, along with selected works of art, creates a special atmosphere.
In the enclosed loggia adjoining the living room—whose windows can be opened—comfortable lounge chairs and a récamière invite you to enjoy relaxing moments.
The larger bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed featuring separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a full-width topper (180 x 200), as well as ample closet space. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a spacious closet.
In addition, guests have access to a large, modern bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower.
The enclosed property includes a parking space assigned to the apartment as well as a shared, lockable bike shed.
