CasaBasera is located in the historic center of Cipressa and offers a splendid view of the Ligurian Sea and the Côte d'Azur. The property, spread over three floors, includes an entrance on the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a hallway, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms (one with a balcony) on the second floor, for a total of seven beds. You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, fans, books, children's toys and board games. The accommodation features a large terrace, partly covered, with tables, chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, umbrellas and a washing machine.



CasaBasera is 2.5 km from the sea and is surrounded by convenient services, including grocery stores, tobacconist, hairdresser, restaurants, bars, post office, water dispenser and charging stations. Nearby you will find the cycle path connecting Ospedaletti to Imperia and many places of interest such as the pine forest, Torre Gallinaro, Villa Biener, the Fortress Church and the sculpture park "Tra i mondi" by Carin Grudda. Activities and public transport are easily accessible.



Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed; you are asked to bring everything necessary to protect the furniture. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. On request, you can rent two electric bicycles. The plants on the terrace must be watered every evening: you can do this yourselves or authorize the owner to do it. On request, the cooking service of the "Oste" is available for an extra fee. Waste separation and energy-saving lighting are adopted. Further information will be provided on site. A security deposit is required upon arrival.
