The villa enjoys an excellent location just 300 meters from the beautiful Baja Caddinas beach and close to the Fourth and Fifth beaches.
Set over two floors, the property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped private kitchen. You will find air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Outside, a large open terrace furnished with outdoor furniture invites you to make the most of the villa’s spaces. Upstairs, each bedroom has access to a covered balcony with sea views. An outdoor shower is also available.
On-site parking is provided, and free street parking is available.
