Outside, you can relax in the private garden, on the covered and uncovered terraces, and in the exclusive 50 sqm outdoor pool reserved only for guests. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water and toilets are available for your convenience. Daily pool maintenance takes place from 7:00 to 10:30.



Parking includes 2 spaces on the property. Pets are allowed, and events are permitted upon prior notice and agreement with the host at the time of booking. The property is for the exclusive use of guests declared at booking. Any additional guests must be communicated and agreed with the host and are allowed only for an extra fee if staying overnight. A shared bicycle storage is available for cycling enthusiasts.
