Kotronas is a quiet seaside village in Eastern Mani, ideal for those of you seeking tranquility and an authentic Greek atmosphere.



Our house is just a 5-minute walk from the famous Skopa beach, known for its crystal-clear waters and natural beauty.



Within walking distance, you will find a playground, traditional tavernas, and a mini market, while the area is perfect for peaceful walks and exploring the traditional villages of Mani.



Parking is easy and free on the street, right in front of the house. The neighborhood is safe and welcoming.



Layout and amenities:



- Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, iron and ironing board. A quiet and bright room, ideal for a restful sleep.

- Living room: Sofa that converts into a comfortable bed, suitable for 1–2 children or adults. TV, fan, earth-tone décor.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, fridge, cookware, kettle, capsule coffee maker, toaster (located in the cupboard under the oven).

- Dining area: Comfortable space with a table for 6 people, overlooking the yard.

- Bathroom: Clean, with shower and all necessities.

- Outdoor space: Private courtyard with seating, table, and plants. Clothes drying rack under the bed.

- Wi-Fi: Fast internet throughout the apartment.

- Parking: Free and convenient street parking in front of the house.



The front yard is available exclusively for you — perfect for enjoying your coffee or meal, or for a quiet moment in nature.
