From October till May this additional expenses are to pay completely extra per consumption: Internet, electricity, water and gas.

Wonderful terraced house with stunning sea and panoramic views and a communal pool.
The house is located in a very nice, small community with a beautiful pool area.
It has a private terrace and a small, enclosed garden.
The ground floor features a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen (with access to the atrium garden), a shower room, and a bathroom. The upper floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom offers stunning views of Denia.
The house is suitable for school-age children and older.
Getting Around:
The sandy beach, restaurants, and a supermarket are just a few minutes' drive away.
Interaction with Guests:
Somebody will meet the gust.
