Paradise

This was our first time to St. Thomas with out family for our wedding! The location was perfect for us five! The views were absolutely stunning and the communication with the host was easy! I would definitely stay again when we returned to St. Thomas!

Beautiful and stocked unit

This condo was wonderful and then some! The balcony views were unbeatable and they had everything you could need, including beach chairs, hair dryers, coolers, towel chips, TVs, chargers, a speaker, etc. And the washer/dryer were such a great touch. Excellent communication as well! Thank you!!

Beautiful but not as expected

Place was beautiful but a lot quieter than expected and you can’t walk any where.The rooms were also very, very small. No room for luggage and no closet. They did provide all the items you need in the cupboards and Amy was awesome to work with.The Sapphire Beach complex is nice in that there are five places to eat (although open at different times) and Sudi’s is a bit of a walk - but worth it.We were expecting a swim up bar at the pool but that has been closed down a while ago. No-one really used the pool due to that and it being cold water with no hot tub.Also disappointed that you could not walk to Red Hook, but there is a bus that goes into town only for 2/ person. And you taxi back for 6-9/ person. The owner’s of the complex have done little upkeep.We did find a taxi driver through Natalie at Sudi’s that drove us around St Thomas for four hours and hung out to take us to our next stop. This I’d highly recommend. Also Sudi’s has a Wed. evening pub crawl that was a blast! Also, take the ferry to St John for a day, and get a taxi to take you to Windmill Bar - best view in the world!

Wonderful views

We stayed in this condo and it was picture perfect! Amy the manager was very responsive as well as Staisha! Check in was easy and the condo was well stocked with things you would need! The view of the water is breathtaking! If we travel with this many people and need two bedrooms again we definitely will book this condo!

Trip before Christmas

We appreciated all the extra information that Amy provided. We booked a snorkeling excursion, rental car and dinner reservations all through Amy. The weather was great and the condo was fully stocked (beach chairs, football, etc.)

Amazing unit, amazing location

Our family of four loved this 2 bedroom unit. The unit was 'as advertised' in the pictures and writeup, and on par with the many great reviews here. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and there were even beach chairs, toys, and floats available for us to use. Really convenient! Sapphire Beach was a great location that we enjoyed more than other places on St Thomas. Great access to the beach (with options for shade) and great snorkeling right from the home base. The hosts provided great information prior to arrival and checked in with us during the stay which we appreciated. Highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful Condo

We had a lovely week at this beautiful condo. The view is amazing. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds were so soft and comfortable. We loved having chairs, towels, a cooler, floats and snorkel gear to take beach hopping. The unit is decorated nicely and is very clean. We enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants and bar on the property. We rented a car but taxis were plentiful. The property manager is quick to respond and helpful. We had a great time and hope to return some day!

Unexpected

Never got to stay at our booked property with gorgeous views because it was having unexpected roof repairs the entire time we would be there from 8-5 daily. We were basically told "we hope you like the beach". Management found us a nice condo without the view. This took place two days before our trip. Didn't leave us with much choice. Sad!

We enjoyed a perfect week at Sapphire Beach! The condo was clean & well equipped. Amy & Staisha were wonderful to work with, provided a wealth of information, & always responsive. We enjoyed their awesome excursions & dining recommendations. This was our 1st trip to St. Thomas but we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing experience!

My family of 5 adults stayed here for one week. The condo was even better than the photos and was extremely well equipped with items that you wouldn't expect with a VRBO. Amy and her staff checked in with us periodically to see if we needed anything. All communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. We loved the condo, beach and overall location. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

Two weeks in heaven.

As always, this unit is the best in St Thomas. Everything we needed was in the unit. We made meals, hung out on the balcony for coffee and enjoyed all of the Saphire Beach amenities. We took a sunset cruise and parasailed right from the marina located 100 feet from our front door. Another wonderful visit to St Thomas.

Healing memorial trip

Condo was very nice. Beach is fabulous. I took the kids this time without my husband who passed away in August. We needed this trip. My 10th time to St Thomas but first without my husband. Amy and Stacia are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them and sapphire beach.

Awesome location

Upon arrival we were amazed with this property. It was our first Caribbean vacation and the location was superb! The property manager was in contact with us throughout our stay and was very informative. I would definitely go back and spend my vacation at this property. The views from the veranda is amazing!

Awesome First Trip to St. Thomas

This was our first trip to Saint Thomas. It was two adults and our 15 year old daughter. We were unsure of where to stay, but ultimately ended up choosing sapphire beach and this condo based off of recommendations from a Facebook group as well as the reviews left here. Sapphire Beach is a great place for families. This condo is right on the beach, convenient, and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The condo that we stayed in was on the third floor, was not directly on the beach, but did not necessarily matter. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two balconies. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you would need! They even have snorkeling gear, beach, chairs, a cooler to bring to the beach! Also having a washer and dryer was a plus! Sapphire Beach has beautiful water, a beach bar with great food, a coffee shop for your morning run also with bagels and breakfast sandwiches, a pizza place, as well as a fine dining restaurant. This was so convenient. We rented a car, which I am very happy we did. The condo is literally a three minute drive from the Red Hook ferry and downtown Red Hook. We had a wonderful eight nights at this condo and would highly recommend staying here to any families. Amy was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with. We did not have any major issues while we were there but I know that if we did, I could just text her and she would take care of it!

Great Vacation Spot

My whole family had a wonderful stay at sapphire beach resort. The host is by far the best and if I could do 6 stars just because of her I would. She went above and beyond at the last minute to book saltwater fishing trips and massages at the Ritz for my wife and daughters. She also setup 4 reservations for us to have a great selection of restaurants to visit. Great experience!!

Perfect Spot on Sapphire Beach.

This condo had everything we needed for our stay at Sapphire Beach. Very comfortable beds and the condo had everything in it you would need for a week at the beach. Had a great vacation. Would recommend to anyone who needs a 2 bedroom for there family.

Great for family

We stayed for a week with our kids (10&8) and had a great time. Amy made booking very easy and provided a ton of useful information in her deliverables. The condo was great, views were amazing. There were a few reviews about the status of the pool bar that has not yet been fixed. Honestly while that would have been nice it didn’t bother us at all. The beach was great and quite a few eating options all on property.
