Located in Calviac-en-Périgord, this 27 m² holiday home welcomes up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a TV. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available to rent on request, as well as shared toys and books.



Enjoy your own uncovered private terrace, garden, and private barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. The shared garden features an outdoor pool for relaxation. Active guests will appreciate the shared playground, table tennis, billiards, and sports equipment.



Pets are welcome (except category 1 dogs) and must be kept on a leash. Parties are not allowed. Shared on-site parking is available for one car per unit. Self check-in is available. Laundry facilities are accessible for an extra fee.



You can rent mountain bikes on site for half or full days. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Private pool use is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in shared areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for your pet’s cleanliness in the accommodation and common areas.
