Discover the heart of the Pfaffenwinkel - an idyllic gem nestled between the Ammersee, Starnbergersee and Staffelsee lakes. In the charming village of Oderding, with around 450 inhabitants, you will find our lovingly integrated holiday flat in a former farmhouse. Oderding offers the ideal starting point for excursions into the mountains, to Munich or to explore the surrounding lake landscape. Enjoy the rural tranquillity combined with the proximity to attractive destinations for cultural and nature-related activities.
In 2004, the former barn of the farm was transformed into a cosy holiday flat, which was extended in 2018 to include an airy living room with sleeping gallery. The flat is characterised by its organic construction and the use of selected materials. The interior conveys a romantic atmosphere with attention to detail. Light colours, original wooden beams and the inviting incidence of light create a unique ambience. The mezzanine level with workstation, a fully equipped kitchen under another small gallery and a spacious dining area round off the living experience.
The outside area of the holiday flat offers a 15 m² balcony with direct access to the flat, the ideal place to relax in the open air. With sunshine all day long, balcony furniture and a charcoal barbecue, the balcony invites you to linger and enjoy. Immediately behind the house are wide meadows and fields that invite you to go for a walk and switch off.
Oderding is the perfect starting point for exploring the Pfaffenwinkel. The region is known for its breathtaking natural landscape with ever-present views of the Alps. Cycling and hiking routes lead to small, typically Bavarian villages and past 159 churches and monasteries that have given the area its name. Sights such as the UNESCO-protected Wieskirche church, the Buchheim Museum on Lake Starnberg and the DWD mountain observatory on the Hoher Peißenberg are just some of the highlights that make this part of Bavaria so special.
