Xmas family ski

Very familiar with the reberty 1850 area so this property was right in area we wanted. Ideal for restaurants and slope access. A little confused with the genepi title as ‘resident genepi’ is 100m lower down and a completely different building. The apartment is clean and more modern than others we have used. The layout was great with the separate bedroom instead of the usual bunks that others have. Being tea drinkers we missed not having a kettle but improvised with the microwave. We drove over and brought our own beddding and towels but was surprised to see pillows and blankets already supplied. Cleaning products on hand so ideal to keep on top of housekeeping. Thank you for allowing us to use your apartment.

Stay in Le Median

Be aware that the location of the apartment is not as advertised on Vrbo: it is not at the round-about (Soldanelles), rather it is up the hill at "The Median." The bathroom and the kitchen are recently renovated and nice. One of the things to be aware is that the apartment does not come with any lids for the pots (key for making rice). The two couch/beds were relatively comfortable, but firm. The bed in the bedroom was not. The mattress is tired, old and saggy in the middle which made it terrible for sleeping, especially for two adults. The place was clean, but you could see that the carpet was very old and it requires a formal cleaning or replacement. Cleaning is not included in the stay and you must clean the place prior to departure. There are cleaning services available in Les Menuires, but the host didn't know of them. Communication was consistent, but very "bit by bit" with the host. It would help to have a "Frequently asked Questions" sent to the potential renter, as it was a constant back and forth to understand all the questions asked. Lastly, it is not ski out - it's a walk 150m-200m uphill. The ski in works if there is enough snow. Overall an okay stay - 2.5* - it would have been much better with a better mattress.

Appartement agréable conforme à le description. Vu le manque de neige un peu de marche pour arriver aux pistes.Petit bémol taque de cuisson très lente.

Appartement lumineux et agréable

Appartement conforme à la description, c'est petit (on est au ski !) mais fonctionnel. Salle de bain toute neuve et pratique.Séjour bien agencé et lumineux.Accès aux pistes par un chemin de 200m, retour possible en ski jusqu'au pied de l'immeuble par le même chemin (en fonction de l'enneigement)

Appartement correct, pas très propre à l'arrivée.Parking pas entretenu donc ornières de 30 cm de glace. Un vrai bonheur pour se garer ! Communication avec le logeur très limitée voir absente. Résultat on y retournera pas

Super séjour

Bien que la météo n'ait pas été parfaite, et la qualité de la neige difficile sur les secteurs très bas, nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cet appartement très confortable. Le confort était très bien, il ne nous a manqué que l'appareil à raclette... Raclette transformée en tartiflette. Merci au propriétaire.

Perfect verblijf voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen

Het appartement is uiterst efficient ingericht en biedt voldoende plaats voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Schitterend uitzicht vanop het ruime terras. Nieuwe keuken ,zeer volledig uitgerust met goede materialen (oven/micro-ovencombinatie en afwasmachine). Aangemame badkamer met bad (en douche in het bad). Geen ski-out (ong 250 meter wandelen tot de piste = goede opwarming) maar wel ski-in indien voldoende sneeuw. Vlotte communicatie met eigenaar.

Excellent séjour

Bien placée dans la station des Ménuires, avec une vue magnifique. Dans l'appartement même, plutôt mignon avec sa décoration "vache", le lave-vaisselle est un plus. La salle de bains est agréable. Côté accessoires de cuisine, un couvercle ne serait pas de trop pour économiser l'énergie et aussi un chapeau plastique pour éviter d'encrasser le micro-onde. Mais il s'agit de détails, qui ne peuvent masquer notre satisfaction générale.

Magnifique appartement pour vacances en famille

Parfait pour passer de belles vacances en famille. La chambre séparée est très appréciée et la situation est idéale. On est a 2 min des pistes et du premier supermarché, et grâce aux ascenseurs publics, on rejoint facilement le centre des Bruyères . La décoration y est chaleureuse et la vue depuis le balcon est superbe. Nous y avons passé le nouvel an l'année passée avec notre fille de 4 ans, et nous avons prévu de repartir là cet hiver à la même période.

"Appartement agréable . Il est dans un état correct mais le ménage, étant laissé au libre arbitre du locataire précédent, était loin d''être parfait. De plus les tapis de bain ne sont pas changés entre chaque locataire. Les couvertures et oreillers mériteraient aussi un net rafraichissement. Il faut signaler aussi que l''accès aux pistes est à 250 m à pied."

"El apartamento está muy bién en general, muy bién de calefacción, muy bién orientado, todo el día sol en la terraza, el acceso a pistas bíen( andas 150 mtros pero llegas hasta la puerta esquiando), la tv solo se ven 4 canales, (lo encontramos muy limpio.)"
