Great place for families

Comfortable, clean, everything worked well. No AC, but it was not warm enough in late August to warrant it.

Comfortable Retreat

89-1 was a comfortable, spacious retreat after a day on the mountain. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. The Condo is multi-level and quite comfortable with plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out. Yet, sitting by the fire in the living room was the perfect spot to play card games for the whole group. There is a "leave your shoes in the mudroom" policy, which we loved because the condo unit felt nice and clean. We would definatley rent again!

Southerners Dream!

We are from Florida, where we never see snow and rarely the cold. We love New Hampshire and Loon Mountain. This place was absolutely breathtaking. Plenty of room for our family. Master bedroom was on private top floor, living area with kitchen, fireplace, on second main floor, and bottom floor had a queen room and another room with 2 sets of bunkbeds. Perfect for our growing family, and my son's college roommate. The place was supplied with an abundance of firewood, fun games, clean linen, plenty of towels, cozy blankets, and all the basic necessities (soap, laundry and dish washing supplies, shampoo, trash bags, etc.). Perfect location near the entrance to Loon Mountain, with the shuttle that runs all day. I loved the room that is right inside the door, to put all ski gear, without actually bringing in the main house. My favorite part is the gorgeous, peaceful stream flowing in the back of condo. We kept the windows open all night to hear its soothing sound. The owner was amazing in every way and responded immediately to all my pre-vacation questions. We will definitely be back!

BEST THANKSGIVING EVER!

We booked this property to have a few days away from the hustle and bustle of our regular Thanksgiving. We had the best time. The condo was immaculate and better than the pics! The owner was available, helpful and friendly.

Perfect for our family

Beautiful property and enough space for our family. We had great weather and explored new areas that we had not yet seen. I have been coming here to Lincoln since I was in high school and am glad to continue the tradition with my family. We felt at home and the owner was responsive and friendly.

Thanksgiving in Lincoln 2019

Perfect location, plenty of space for my family of 4 plus the grandparents! We enjoyed our stay! All the amenities were much appreciated! The creek behind the condo was beautiful! Highly recommend!

Veterans Day weekend

Owner Jody is easy to deal with and gets right back to you. Location was great 2 miles from town that has all amenities. Property worked well for the four of us.

Perfect for families

Great family condo; stayed with our kids and young (3, 2 and 8 months) grandchildren. Plenty of room and a great kitchen when you want to cook/stay in. Love the complex, well kept and wonderfully quiet

Very nice rental unit, great location and amenities.

This was our 6th trip to the Loon Mountain/Lincoln NH area. This town home community is ideally located near Franconia National Park, Mount Washington, Clarks Trading Post and Lake Winnipesaukee and the ski resorts. Is was nice to hear the soothing sound of the brook that runs behind the back porch. We will definitely be back.

Clearbrook rd / Townhouse

The townhouse was exactly as described. The owners have the property stocked with numerous extras to get you started for the week. (Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent....salt pepper, olive oil etc..) The property is right next to loon mountain and has quick access to all the area attractions. My wife and three teenagers enjoyed the townhouse and everyone had their own bedroom. We plan on returning and will rent this unit again, if it is available. Thanks again to the Fredman’s for allowing us to rent your townhouse!

Long Weekend

Family of four had a very comfortable stay, the brook out back was pleasant. Everything came as advertised and the owner was responsive to emails.

Leaf Peeping

This house was perfect for our family reunion. There were 5 adults and 5 kids. There was more than enough space for everybody and we had an AMAZING time. This was very close to loon mountain. They had a package that included zip lining, aerial adventures, bike riding, and a gondola ride. The leaves and scenery was simply breathtaking. I would definitely come here again.

Beautiful spacious ski resort

We had a great stay and ski trip. The unit was perfect - 3 bedrooms plus loft area and lots of privacy. Lots of room for all our boots and ski stuff in the mud room and close to town and loon mountain.
