All rooms can be heated. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and all additional costs are already included in the rental price. WLAN can be used free of charge. There is air conditioning (Daikin A/C) in the living room.

The centre and the beaches are only a ten-minute walk away. If you like cycling, as our guest you will get a ten per cent discount at the adjacent bicycle rental shop. The nearest large supermarket is only 100 metres away or a two-minute walk. There is also a bakery, café and everything you need, so there is no need to go shopping elsewhere. A few metres from the house is a pizzeria with excellent value for money, followed by another one 50 metres away and so on.
