Outside the holiday residence, guests have access to garage parking and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a ski room where all ski equipment can be safely stored.

The Furtschellas cable car for skiers and the bus stop for excursions into the surrounding area are both within easy walking distance.
