Discover the perfect holiday experience in our newly renovated 5.5-room holiday flat with lake view in Minusio, a picturesque village in the district of Locarno. This exclusive flat on the 3rd floor not only offers views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains, but also promises a stay full of comfort and luxury that you won't soon forget.
Inside, you will find three brightly decorated bedrooms that radiate a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Two modern bathrooms offer every comfort you could wish for in a first-class holiday home. The fully equipped kitchen, including an ice cube centre, offers everything you need to prepare culinary delights. Furthermore, the open-plan living room invites you to linger and enjoy, complemented by two inviting balconies that flood the room with natural light.
In the outdoor area of the holiday flat you benefit from a barbecue area (shared use) and a bicycle storage room. A private car park is available, but is not part of the rental agreement as it is free of charge.
The holiday flat is characterised by its central location. Only 300 metres separate you from the beach of Lake Maggiore, while shopping facilities can be reached on foot within 2 minutes. The centre of Locarno can also be reached quickly and easily on foot or by bike thanks to the promenade. Locarno is famous for its film festival and the Moon and Stars music festival, as well as other cultural highlights. Not forgetting the picturesque Verzasca, Maggia and Centovalli valleys, as well as the opportunities for excursions to Lugano or FoxTown in Mendrio or to Bella Italia.
