Villetta sleeps 8, located on the ground floor, it is the restoration of a farmhouse dating from 1614 to 1780. An ideal holiday for those who love to observe nature, listen to peace, breathe healthy air and forget the hectic pace of the city, rediscovering the pleasure of enjoying themselves and the environment. It is precisely the environment that dominates at the Country House in all its forms: in the green and blue that prevail, in the smells it offers, in the flavours of tradition and in respect for the domestic and wild fauna that live here. The flats are also named after some of the birds that live in the Trasimeno Lake Park: independent of each other, they are ideal for spending a holiday immersed in the green, the suggestion of a place where nature offers its fruits and colours. They have a large, comfortable swimming pool (14 m long, 6 m wide, and 110-200 m deep), and a small children's pool (5.50 m x 5 m, and 0.50 m deep), which become an evocative backdrop with gushes of water and colours.

Located in the centre of the facility, it consists of 2 pools, the first measuring 14 x 6 m, with a depth of 1.10/2.00 m, and the second, for children, measuring 5.50 x 5 m and 50 cm deep.
