Cozy apartment (private entrance + terrace)

We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site. The booking includes tea towels, towels in several sizes and fresh bed linen. Soap, coffee pods and various teas are also part of the basic equipment. Great importance is also attached to hygiene, and the entire flat is cleaned carefully before every visit. The flat is accessible through a separate front door and is therefore self-sufficient from the rest of the house. The key is always deposited in the key box. If required, we are also (almost always) available in person and always by telephone. Contact details are provided in the flat. The Swivel TV comes with a FireTV Stick. Netflix and Zattoo (TV streaming) accounts are stored here and are free to use.
