Located in Saint-Nexans, this 150 m² holiday home welcomes up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy a private fully equipped kitchen with capsule coffee machine and classic filter coffeemaker. The house is on one level for easy access. High-speed Wi-Fi is perfect for video calls. Private air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms. You’ll also have a private TV, washer, and dryer. Heating is provided in the living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms for optimal comfort.



Outside, relax in the shared garden with views of the forest, fields, and orchard, or on your own uncovered terrace. The heated outdoor pool (shared, 48 m²) features a 30 cm-deep area, ideal for supervised children. The pool is open from May to September, weather permitting. An outdoor shower and shared barbecue are also available.



Two shared parking spaces and a ping-pong table are on site. Parties and pets are not allowed. For families, a baby kit with high chair, changing table, and crib with sheets is available on request for an extra charge. A breakfast package is also offered for an extra charge.



The property includes 3 holiday rentals, each with complete privacy. Bed linen, towels, and welcome products are included, and beds are made on arrival. Enjoy nearby activities: cycling or walking, restaurants, picturesque villages, wine tastings, cultural sites, and children’s activities.
