The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Building 1a of the “Dünenschloss” and features a sunroom facing directly toward the lake, from which you can partially see the Baltic Sea.
The dining area is integrated into the sunroom and flows seamlessly into the living room.
Here you’ll find a large, cozy corner couch where you can relax after your excursions.
The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and a ceramic cooktop with 4 burners, is separate from the living room.
For a restful night’s sleep, this apartment features two bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed measuring 160x200 cm and 180x200 cm, respectively, both facing the lake.
As a special feature, this vacation rental offers two bathrooms, each with a shower.
The apartment complex also features a fitness room with a variety of equipment.

This apartment is strictly non-smoking!
Free Wi-Fi is available.

All prices are final prices based on a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
The swimming pool is closed during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks due to maintenance work.
The swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room are not included in the rental agreement but may be used free of charge.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
An electric car charging station/wall box is available in the parking lot. Charging is possible via app or RFID charging card; the maximum charging time is 4 hours. Please vacate the charging spot promptly after the charging process is complete to make it available for other users.
Both electricity costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
