Can Monxu is a generous holiday home in Cala Llombards and offers space for up to six people. The house is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from the beach, and is ideal for guests looking for a family-friendly holiday home with privacy, sea views, and a location close to the beach on Mallorca. With around 150 m² of living space on two floors, this Mallorca holiday accommodation offers plenty of room for relaxed holiday days.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining area with direct access to the terrace, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining area. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower and a smaller room that is well-suited as a study, reading area, or private retreat. The covered terrace extends the living space outdoors and offers pleasant seating options at any time of day.
On the upper floor, three bright, air-conditioned bedrooms are available: two rooms with a double bed and another with two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The roof terrace also offers a wide view over the coast and invites you to enjoy the surroundings and the Mediterranean light in peace.
The outdoor area of Can Monxu offers everything needed for a relaxed stay in the south of Mallorca: several sunny and shady terraces, a pergola, a brick barbecue area, and a private pool (7 × 3.5 m) with an outdoor shower. The various areas invite you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. At the beginning of 2026, the holiday home will also be equipped with new air conditioning systems and modern insulated glass windows to further increase living comfort.
Cala Llombards is known for its calm atmosphere and beautiful sandy beach, which is quickly accessible from the house. During the season, there is a small supermarket in the village for daily needs, as well as a village bar or restaurant. Other popular bathing coves such as Cala Santanyí, Cala S'Almunia and Cala Figuera are only a few minutes away by car.
