Inside, the villa is tastefully furnished and features a combined living/dining room with a large table, a cosy sofa area with TV and fireplace, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a toaster, blender and coffee machine. On the ground floor there are inviting bedrooms and modern bathrooms, while the upper floor offers an additional living room and a small library. Amenities such as an iron and a hairdryer provide additional comfort.



The friendly finca "Es Fasser" is located near the sea between Cala Bona and Costa de los Pinos. Cala Millor is only 8 minutes away by car. Local markets in Son Servera and Artà as well as various restaurants and bars in Port Verd, Costa de los Pinos and Cala Bona are within walking distance. The beach of Port Vell is conveniently located across the road, with similar scenic options in Sa Marjal and Cala Bona.



Optional use of heating is included, but use is limited to the hours of 7am to 10am and 7pm to 11pm.
