The house has four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The lower floor offers a bright living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a cosy dining area and a well-equipped kitchen as well as one of the double bedrooms and a bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor.



Beautifully restored finca "Can Eolo" with separate guest house in a spectacular coastal location on the edge of Cala Agulla. The local supermarket can be reached quickly from the villa on the hillside with marvellous sea views. Cala Ratjada with its beautiful harbour promenade is also close by for shopping and strolling. Beautiful sandy beaches are approx. 1.8 km away.
