Situated on a small hill, Villa Ses Uzines welcomes its guests like a gentle breeze and impresses from the very first glance. When you get out of the car and take a walk around the building, which is clad partly in natural stone and partly in smooth plaster, the somewhat bumpy approach is quickly forgotten when you realise the sensational view. The expansive and picturesque natural landscape will simply take your breath away! The smoothly tiled terrace, which starts at the front of the house, extends to the rectangular, 11 metre long infinity pool and offers an almost seamless view of the gently undulating landscape beyond. Behind the house, a grove of holm oaks provides a pleasant contrast to the picturesque view and lends the property a cosy atmosphere. To the right of the easily accessible pool with integrated whirlpool area, a small lawn invites you to relax or play in the sun. The other plots around the house are surrounded by nature. You can make yourself comfortable on the porch (large covered terrace) outside the living room: An outdoor sofa and a table made from wooden pallets are provided here for your comfort. Why not lie down here or on one of the loungers by the pool and unwind? Outside the kitchen, on the other hand, is the perfect place to eat.

At first glance, the house appears rather modest, but it soon reveals its true character: a charming all-rounder, especially in terms of design. Up to six people can comfortably settle in the 142 m² of space, as the creative design and variety of seating options offer numerous possibilities. Original decor harmonises with predominantly light colours in a careful and harmonious combination. Wooden elements and colour-contrasting accents in turquoise conjure up a distinctive atmosphere that invites you to linger. The rooms are all arranged on one level, starting with an entrance area and a spacious living/dining room with access to the covered outdoor terrace and pool area. Sitting by the fireplace is the perfect place to watch an exciting TV film or simply enjoy the cosy firelight, or both together if you feel like it. To the right of the entrance, the kitchen is bright, spacious, modern and equipped to a high standard with everything you need for self-catering, including a kettle and Dolce Gusto machine to guarantee your morning hot drink on the terrace! On the left-hand side are three romantically furnished bedrooms, in which beds measuring 1.8 m x 2 m, 1.5 m x 2 m and single beds measuring 0.9 m x 2 m each invite you to enjoy a restful and comfortable night's sleep. One of the two bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub, the other with a shower; both are conveniently located next to the bedrooms. Would you like to surf the internet or keep friends or acquaintances up to date with a few snapshots?

Authentic Mallorca awaits you and is less than 4 km away, in Artá. Take an evening stroll through the illuminated streets of this small town or visit the colourful market on a Tuesday. If you walk to the Sanctuary of San Salvador, you will be rewarded with unique views of 25 kilometres of unspoilt coastline. A walk through the Cuevas de Artá, the largest and most impressive stalactite cave in Mallorca, is also worthwhile. Cala Ratjada, one of the island's most popular holiday resorts, also offers plenty of variety, from a beach promenade to cafés, nightclubs and beautiful beaches. And for those who enjoy cycling, the 30 km Via Verde, a mostly flat cycle route between Manacor and Artà, is very close by. This former railway line offers picturesque views of the surrounding countryside with its sheep pastures, goats, donkeys and horses as well as numerous almond, olive, orange and carob trees. Wonderfully peaceful yet not off the beaten track, Villa Ses Uzines offers an attractive atmosphere. It is situated in a charming hilly landscape, typical of the region around Artà, with other country houses nearby, in a breezy neighbourhood. The picturesque town is only 4 km away and offers everything you need for a holiday. For those who like it a little livelier, Cala Ratjada with its vibrant nightlife and good fish restaurants can be reached in just 20 minutes by car.
