Watch the sun set over the peaks of the Serres de Llevant while the town is bathed in golden light. Children must be supervised on the roof terrace. You can park your car a few metres from the house in one of the designated spaces along the street.



The interior is bright and inviting and features a peaceful living room with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with international channels. The dining area comfortably seats four people and the fully equipped kitchen, with a small dining area for two, has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. A sun-drenched bathroom completes the first floor. Upstairs, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom share a second bathroom. This villa offers a true haven for anyone looking for an authentic Mallorcan holiday.



Your holiday home "Roser de Arta" is located in the beautiful town of Artà and is only a few minutes' walk from the numerous lovely cafés and restaurants, boutiques and galleries that give this place its special charm. A large weekly market is held here every Tuesday. Your townhouse can be easily reached on foot or by car. Surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Serres de Llevant mountains, it is an ideal base for hiking, while the nearby beaches, just 15 to 20 minutes away, offer the perfect place to relax.
