Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 225: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach

The modern, bright 3-room apartment 225 (approx. 57 m²), located on the 3rd floor of Building A (no elevator) and close to the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the two bedrooms is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the entryway, living/dining room, kitchen area, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 6 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The modern and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 6 chairs; a cabinet; and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 5 m² balcony (facing south and east) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a glass of fine wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with two modern flat-screen TVs as well as a stereo system with a radio, CD player, and home theater function. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open-concept kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven with microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker and Tassimo capsule machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and a large wall mirror.

The separate second bedroom features a bunk bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm) that sleeps two people. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth or sixth person.

The modern and spacious bathroom, renovated in 2025 (with natural light / large windows) features a low-entry glass shower, a double sink with vanity cabinet and large wall mirror, a toilet, a heated towel rack, a towel stand, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes on the large coat rack (with mirror) and shoe rack in the apartment’s entryway. There is also a spacious closet (including cleaning supplies) available here.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and can be used by all guests.
A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” parking garage located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” parking garage located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 4 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person applies.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
