Located in La Spezia, Liguria, this 70 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, TV, washing machine, fan, and a dedicated workspace. The interior is barrier-free. A baby cot and high chair are available on request for an extra fee, as well as a coffee machine. Heating is active from November to March with radiators in every room.



Outside, relax on 2 private balconies or access the shared garden. The property was renovated in 2022 and features triple-glazed windows for optimal insulation.



Public parking is available directly in front of the house, and there is a shared bike storage. One pet is allowed; events are not permitted. Please note: the internal staircase in the living room is strictly off-limits for safety reasons; only the main floor with bathroom, kitchen, double bedroom, and double sofa bed is included in your stay.



The owners live on site but not in your accommodation. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. Entrance is on Via Aurelia, just outside central La Spezia, 1 km from Vezzano station—perfect for Cinque Terre trips. Next to the property is a playground, and within walking distance you’ll find a pharmacy, bakery, church, supermarket, tobacconist, pizzeria, and grocery store. Show cooking and romantic Ligurian dinners are available on site by reservation.
