Vacation home with sauna, fireplace and dog for 10 guests with and seasonal beach chair

This spacious and charming 90 m² vacation home with a wood-burning stove is located right next to the Baltic Sea beaches in Großenbrode. Thanks to its well-thought-out floor plan, it’s ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together. The house is ideal for up to 8–10 people and a dog. A seasonal beach chair is also available to you during the summer months.

The house is tastefully furnished in a Scandinavian style and impresses with its brightness and spaciousness. Large windows create a welcoming, light-filled living atmosphere.

The four bedrooms are cleverly arranged to be separate from one another. A large bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with twin beds are located right next to the spacious bathroom, which features a sauna, a whirlpool tub, and a shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—are located on the opposite side of the house. The cozy alcove offers two additional sleeping areas with double beds, which are especially popular with younger guests. A crib and a high chair are also available.

The open-concept living and kitchen area forms the heart of the house and is perfect for spending time together. The comfortable sofa area offers space to relax, while the large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together and spending cozy evenings. Entertainment is provided by a large 50-inch TV and a modern Teufel RADIO 3SIXTY (DAB+, internet radio, Bluetooth, and much more).

From the living area, you can step out onto the partially covered terrace, which is furnished with a large garden table and comfortable seating—ideal for unwinding on balmy summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also provided. A privacy screen in front of the terrace and—during the season—a beach chair on the south beach offer additional comfort.

Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating. From the larger bathroom, you can access the home’s private wellness area. A washer-dryer combo is also available.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at every vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
