A Scandinavian-style vacation in a 96-square-meter space for up to 10 people

96 m² vacation home near the Baltic Sea beaches of Großenbrode. A particularly well-designed floor plan in this largest vacation home type provides plenty of space, making the home ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Ideal for a stay with up to 8–10 people, and your dog is, of course, welcome.

The vacation home is tastefully decorated in a Scandinavian style and is very spacious and bright. Large windows let in plenty of light and create a cozy living atmosphere.

The two areas, with a total of 4 bedrooms, are physically separated from each other and located on opposite sides of the house. Each sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Above one of the sleeping areas, there are two extra sleeping spots on the “Hems,” a type of loft. The children love to play here. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom. The large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sauna, and shower, while the smaller bathroom has a shower. A crib and a high chair are available in the house.

The interconnected living, dining, and kitchen areas form a cozy and central gathering spot for everyone. In the living area, a cozy sofa nook invites you to relax; a crackling wood-burning stove provides warmth, while satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with radio offer entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker. In the adjacent dining area, you can enjoy meals together and culinary highlights at the large dining table.

From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a large garden table and chairs, where you can perfectly enjoy the long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.

The two bathrooms feature underfloor heating. From the larger bathroom, you have access to a private sauna. A washer with a dryer function is included.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
