90m² vacation home with lots of space and charm for 10 people and dog

A very spacious and charming 90-square-meter vacation home on the Baltic Sea near Großenbrode, close to the historic Lübeck-Puttgarden Vogelfluglinie ferry route. House 64 is part of the final construction phase of the Holiday Vital Resort and is therefore one of the resort’s newest buildings (built in 2022). It stands out for its quiet location on the edge of a field and its corner location within the resort. Via the quiet Strandpark street, you can reach the beautiful beach promenade and the wide sandy beach of Großenbrode in under 5 minutes on foot.

Thanks to its well-designed layout, the house is ideal for families and groups of friends. It’s ideal for a stay with up to 8–10 people. Dogs are also welcome guests. The vacation home is tastefully decorated in a Scandinavian style and is very spacious and bright. Large windows provide plenty of light and create a pleasant living atmosphere.

The 4 bedrooms (two with double beds and two with single beds) are staggered throughout the house. Two of the bedrooms offer an unobstructed view of the sunrise. The alcove features two additional sleeping areas with double beds, which are very popular with younger family members. A crib and a high chair are provided in the house. The central living and kitchen area serves as a cozy gathering spot for everyone and creates a spacious, inviting atmosphere.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. There is plenty of tableware and glassware available. In addition to the coffee maker, there is also a Nespresso machine so you can enjoy your favorite specialty coffees.

A very cozy sofa area invites you to relax, and the large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together and lively game nights. The living area features a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, and a stereo system with a radio.
From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with large garden tables and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. The wooden terrace has been extended with a stone terrace, which is perfect for both sunbathing and safe barbecuing. In addition to a grill, there are 2 sun loungers available for your use.
Next to the house is a bike rack that holds up to 5 bicycles. It is not visible from the street, so your bikes are safely stored there.

The two bathrooms feature underfloor heating. The large bathroom includes a whirlpool tub, sauna, toilet, and shower. In addition to a toilet and shower, the smaller bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer.


Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at every vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
