La Roseraie – Holiday Home for 6 Between Countryside and Sea

Welcome to Saint Gervais in Vendée, perfectly located between Pornic, Noirmoutier, and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. This is the ideal place for you to relax! About 15 minutes from the Passage du Gois and the first beaches, our holiday home is a fully renovated 90 m² farmhouse set on a 2,800 m² wooded property.



Two friendly little goats live at the end of the garden and are sure to delight children.



The house offers 3 bedrooms with new, high-quality bedding: two rooms with 160 cm beds and one with two 90 cm beds. Enjoy a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilet, and a laundry area with a second sink. From October 1st to May 1st, heating is available for an additional charge based on consumption.



Travel light—bed linen and towels are provided.



Amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, classic coffee maker and pod machine, kettle, toaster, food processor, juicer, fondue set, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers. Children's games and baby equipment are available on request (travel cot, bouncer, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, baby bath, toilet seat reducer, potty, baby dishes).



The house and garden are exclusively for your use, so you can fully enjoy the outdoor space.
