The spacious 90 m² apartment offers 3.5 rooms for up to 7 guests:

• Main bedroom: 1 double bed (2 people)

• Second bedroom: 2 single beds, can be pushed together on request (2 people)

• Half room: 1 large single bed with bed rail – not a crib

• Living room: Sofa bed for 2 people



Room availability:

The half room (single bed) is always available to all guests.



For bookings up to 3 guests:

- Couples: The main bedroom (double bed) is open – second bedroom (single beds) remains closed.

- Separate travelers: The second bedroom (single beds) is open – main bedroom (double bed) remains closed.



From 4 guests, both bedrooms are open.

Please specify when booking if you are traveling as a couple or separately.



Amenities: 2 WCs with bidet toilet seats (hot water), fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, underfloor heating, and step-free access.



Central location: Train station, city center, and shops are just a 5-minute walk away. Stuttgart is 15 km (about 20 minutes by car) – ideal for city visitors.
