• Master bedroom: double bed (2 guests)

• 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds, can be pushed together (2 guests)

• Half room: 1 single bed with bed rail (not a crib)

• Living room: pull-out sofa bed (2 guests)



The half room is always available to all guests. For up to 3 guests: couples get the master bedroom, separate travelers get the 2nd bedroom. From 4 guests, both bedrooms are open. Please specify when booking: couples or separate travelers.



Amenities: 2 toilets with bidet seats (hot water), fully equipped kitchen (oven with built-in air fryer, microwave), Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, underfloor heating.



Location: Train station and city center 5 minutes on foot. Stuttgart 15 km (about 20 min by car). Blooming Baroque (about 15 min), Monrepos Palace (2 km), Favoritepark and Bärenwiese with playground within walking distance. Tripsdrill Adventure Park: 25 km.



Notes: No elevator – the apartment is on the 3rd floor. No events on the property. Non-smoking accommodation (smoking only outside the building). 2 rolls of toilet paper provided on arrival. Shutter temporarily out of order.
