Holiday Cottage 'Limonero' with Sea Views

Casita El Limonero is located in Salobreña, in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village. This 70 m² accommodation is ideal for up to 4 guests.



There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a second bathroom also with a shower. The kitchen opens to the living room, creating a practical space for everyday life. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room.



The house features both covered and uncovered terraces, sea views, and a private outdoor pool built just a couple of years ago—perfect for cooling off while enjoying the surroundings. From the property, you can admire beautiful sunrises and sunsets with the sea in the background.



Access to the property and pool is via stairs. There is no private parking; street parking is available. We recommend having a car to reach the village and the beach.



Only guests aged 25 and over may book and check in.

Maravillosa

Pros: Maravillosa experiencia, casa preciosa, excelente ubicación. Destacar la piscina y las vistas espectaculares desde cualquier terraza de la casa. Agradecer la amabilidad y profesional de Kery que su atención fue excelente, siempre atenta y preocupada. Sin duda un sitio que recomendaré.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la très jolie maison El Limonello sur la commune de Salobrena dans la résidence Alfamar. Nous étions une famille avec 2 adolescentes de 11 et 12 ans. La résidence était très calme. Il y avait pas mal de maisons en travaux un peu plus haut dans la résidence donc un peu de passage de camions le matin.La maison n'est pas très grande mais suffit largement pour 2 couples ou une famille avec deux enfants comme nous. Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle d'eau/wc.Les photos sont conformes à la réalité ! La vue est à couper le souffle ! La décoration est très jolie, la literie est très bonne et les salles d'eau neuves. La maison est très confortable. La cuisine est super bien équipée ! Il ne manquait de rien !Les serviettes de toilettes ainsi que les draps de bain pour la piscine sont fournis. La terrasse de la piscine se situe au-dessus de la maison. La vue y est fantastique, notamment au coucher du soleil.Nous avons toujours trouvé du stationnement juste devant la maison. Elle se situe au-dessus de la route (l'équivalent d'un étage 1/2). Toute la maison est de plain pied lorsqu'on y est. Et la piscine se situe un étage et 1/2 au-dessus de la maison.Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !
