From the car park, about thirty steps lead to the entrance of the apartment. Once inside, you are welcomed by a spacious living room with an equipped kitchenette, a warm and comfortable space designed to share moments of relaxation. The large sofa allows you to enjoy the view of Lake Garda even from the inside, making the environment even more evocative. From the living room, you can access the balcony, ideal for relaxing in the open air and letting yourself be enveloped by the tranquillity of the place.



On the same level, there is a spacious double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed and a shower room, practical and functional. Wi-Fi connection is available in every room and the apartment has a convenient uncovered parking space. Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms.
