A sofa bed is available for 2 additional people for an extra fee. The property features 3 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, and 2 bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a separate shower. The private kitchen is fully equipped and includes an Italian coffee maker. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private air conditioning and heating in the living room and all bedrooms, a private TV, washing machine, and step-free access both inside and at the main entrance. Families will find a Stokke high chair, crib, shared toys and books for children, and a private playground. Self check-in is available.

Private parking is available for 3 vehicles. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for your comfort. Events are not permitted on the property. To protect the environment, balloons and water balloons are not permitted on the property. For fire safety, candles are not permitted on the property. To save energy and protect the environment, air conditioning units must be turned off whenever guests leave the house. Under no circumstances can the units be left running all day, especially when guests are away on day trips. Glass is not permitted in the pool area; plastic glasses can be found on the back terrace. Guests must shower before using the pool to maintain the water quality.
