Vacation Apartment No. 38 in the “Haus am Park” vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that accommodates up to 2 people (infants and toddlers upon request).

The cozy and lovingly furnished apartment is located on the top floor, offers a great ocean view from almost every room, and measures approximately 45 m². In addition, during beach chair season, a beach chair is available to you free of charge at beach access point 20.

The living room features a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a comfortable couch. Since November 2023, the apartment has featured a balcony accessible from the living room. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and sunshine from noon through the evening. The former loggia was renovated and integrated into the apartment to create a beautiful and—thanks to its three windows—very bright dining area with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. This way, you can enjoy it all year round.

The fully equipped kitchenette, including a microwave, dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, leaves nothing to be desired for home cooks. A kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker round out this area.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), a built-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. Curtains and pleated blinds are provided for blackout. Vinyl flooring has been installed in the bedroom and living area.

The vacation rental features a tiled shower room with a toilet, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.

A bicycle storage room, a washing machine (for a fee), and a dryer (for a fee) are located in the basement. The “Haus am Park” has an elevator, so you can easily reach the apartment.

Smoking is not permitted in this apartment. The building’s designated parking space No. 38 (outdoor parking) provides parking.

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern design, located right next to the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.

Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:

Each is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
