Apartment No. 18, measuring approximately 40 m², is located on the 2nd floor on the south side of the building and offers you sunshine, tranquility, and natural beauty. The beach is only about 50 meters away. The apartment has been lovingly and tastefully furnished to ensure you enjoy a carefree, relaxing, and unforgettable vacation.

The two-room apartment features a living room with a dining area, a flat-screen TV, and an open-concept kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 2-burner glass-ceramic stove, and a microwave. A kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are also available.

The bedroom, which also faces the quiet forest side, features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep. A 3-door wardrobe provides ample storage space. Curtains and pleated blinds provide privacy or block out the light.

The tiled bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower, and a toilet. Laminate flooring has been installed throughout the entire vacation rental.

You can park your car in parking space No. 18. This non-smoking apartment can accommodate up to 2 people; pets are not allowed. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s common areas for a fee. You can securely store your bicycles in the bike storage room.

Thanks to its location near the beach, the Ostseewelle apartment building is the perfect vacation spot for a beach getaway in Kühlungsborn. The complex is located on Ostseeallee, in the second row from the beach, and lies parallel to the kilometer-long sandy beach, just 80 meters away. A bicycle storage area, as well as coin-operated washers and dryers, are available for shared use. Bicycles can be securely stored in the bike room. A staircase leads to the individual vacation apartments.

A free outdoor parking space is available for each vacation apartment directly at the apartment building.

All vacation apartments feature a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Each is equipped with a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
