Enjoyed staying there location was amazing walking distance to the harbor walk and restaurant!!!

Love the location only down fall was the tv in the living room wasn’t working and the the bedsheets and pillow shams weren’t washed or changed in the bedroom closest to the living room over all it was great and needs to sprayed for bugs.

thank you for staying all the TVs (4) work fine, all the bedding is hot water/bleach washed after every guest we have a very diligent insect repel system, if a bug is seen, he is dead or dying thank you again

Loved the Harbor activity!

We have always stayed on the beach but we decided to try something different we really enjoyed watching all of the harbor activity the rentals the boats going out the fishing the restaurants. The beach is just five minutes down the road. All in all everyone we spoke with was very very nice!

Everything was great.

The location was wonderful. The condo was clean and described perfectly. There were many restaurants that were in walking distance from the condo. The beaches do require some driving but not much. The back patio overlooked the harbor which was very relaxing. We plan on going back next summer.

Perfect Place

Condo was exactly as described however better layout when seen in person. Extremely convenient. Lots to do within walking distance. Will return, no doubt.

We had a great time and the apartment was more than we had expected. Every thing was close and walking distance to restaurants. We would choose this place again and would refer it to friends. We all enjoyed the views from the balcony.

Very nice place

First let me say Capt. Mark and Melody (on site) were the nicest people! The accommodations are lovely and felt very homey. There are many pros about this place - it is nicely decorated and a great location. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching all the boats and people, and enjoyed the fabulous breeze every evening. There are many restaurants you can walk to. There is on site parking which is gated. There are a few "cons", (and I hesitate to call them that), but some things other people might need to be aware of. 1: two bars next door- one of which (out back) is extremely loud and lively at night. It didn't really bother us too much, but if someone goes to bed early and they are in the master bedroom, it could cause some issues. 2: traffic on the street out front is very heavy and makes getting in and out frustrating at times. (We realize these are not issues up to the condo owner to solve - but these are two of the very few cons we have about the condo!) 3: Since we cooked more meals than we went out for, it would have been nice to have had a few more kitchen items, like spatulas, wooden spoons, a cheese grater and other kitchen utensils, new pans and skillets (the current ones are really sad!). Also, new pillows on the beds, as the ones there now are sort of past their prime. So, obviously there are minimal "cons", and we found the area very nice. It is truly a lovely condo and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend staying here.

Florida Getaway

Everything about this Destin experience was wonderful. The location is unbeatable- on the Boardwalk with restaurants, music, shopping, and water sports just steps away. You have a safe, secure spot to park. The condo itself is bright and nicely appointed with a great patio to watch the fishing boats arrive with their daily catch and to enjoy the harbor views. The managers were very helpful, informative, and quick to respond when we had questions. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to the Panhandle.

Destin Fall Trip

This is a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy Fishing, Dolphin Cruises, Parasailing, boat rides, and being within walking distance to numerous restaurants and evening entertainment. As has been mentioned in previous reviews, you park your car in a gated parking lot and can leave it if you prefer. The manager was very easy to work with and we had no issues or problems with our stay. The rate was reasonable. The number one selling point is that the unit is located directly on the harbor walk within walking distance to numerous restaurants and entertainment.

Park the car and forget it. This is the best location in Destin. Great view of the harbor and fishing fleet property is within walking distance of great food, entertainment and water sports.

Location was excellent for our group as we were in Destin primarily to go fishing. Unit was in good shape. Had no issues with anything. Rate was very fair for value received. Manager was friendly and easy to work with on booking and check in.
