Hello! Thank you for your feedback and for appreciating the location, comfort, and space of the accommodation; it truly makes us happy to hear that. Regarding the air conditioning, we want to provide some context: this summer, Gruissan experienced an exceptional heatwave without any relief, which made cooling the accommodation particularly challenging. The portable air conditioner provided is intended for supplementary use, especially in the dining area and kitchen, and is not designed to handle such intense heat waves. We also recommend closing the shutters during the day, as this can significantly help in reducing heat. We’re sorry to hear that this may have impacted your comfort during this unusual period, and we’re here to listen to any questions you may have for a future stay. Thank you again for your valuable feedback! Best regards, Your Holidu Team.
