Holiday home on the Mar Menor with sea views, roof terrace a. close to the beach

Welcome to our holiday home in Los Nietos on the Mar Menor.

Our house is located only about 100 metres from the beach and offers approximately 110 m² of living space for up to 7 people.

It is ideal for families, couples, winter stays, working from home by the sea and holidays with a dog.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bright living area and a total of 6 air conditioning units.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

1 bedroom with a double bed
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
1 bedroom with 1 single bed
Sofa bed for 2 people in the upstairs living area

One of the highlights is the large roof terrace with sea views.

It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning, relax in the sun during the day or end the evening with a beautiful view of the Mar Menor.

Los Nietos is a quiet Spanish coastal village directly on the Mar Menor.

The beach can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

The Mar Menor is especially pleasant for families with children because of its shallow water.

Day trips in the surrounding area are also easy.

La Manga and the open sea can be reached by car in about 10 to 15 minutes, Playa Honda in about 10 minutes, Los Alcázares in about 25 minutes and Cartagena in about 20 minutes.

Dogs are welcome.

Children are also very welcome. Please bring your own travel cot if needed.

Optionally, 2 high-quality e-bikes can be booked in addition.

A Cube e-mountain bike and a Haibike trekking ladies’ bike are available.

Long-term rental is possible by arrangement from October to April.
