Only the steps separate you from the sandy beach! The view was spectacular, the overall cleanliness was remarkable and the comfort level was just right for the two of us. Plus the location is perfect for soul soothing getaway. We would recommend this Roads End property highly!!! John & Marcia B.

Perfect location , short walk down to beach. Check in went smoothly, and the house was perfect. Very nice reclining sofa in the living room, which one of our party decided to sleep on.

Amazing view

Very comfortable house literally right on the beach and in a quiet, private location. The view can not be beat. Comfy beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen and nice deck to sit on. We enjoyed our stay!

We love this little duplex right on the beach! It has everything we are looking for. Beautiful view of the ocean. Beach access right out back. Perfectly stocked kitchen. Super comfy reclining sectional! Wonderful owners that are easy to get in touch with if needed. Just the perfect little spot!

quiet week

minutes from everything yet tucked out of the way. The beach is at our backdoor that gives walking the beach easy access. Watching paddle boarders, wind surfing, and other fun beach activity during the day from the deck and the deer feeding in the f/b yard in the late afternoon was delightful. One of many successful stays at Dory Cove/ Surfside.

Best views ever

We've stayed here 3 years in a row because it is our favorite spot on the west coast! Cute town, beautiful clean beach, and the house is so cozy. Cannot beat the views at this place and the convenience of being so close to recreation and small town amenities.

Relaxing Stay

Loved the location! House was clean and instructions were very detailed. I missed the part about coffee NOT being supplied, so coffee lovers, plan accordingly! Would love to stay here again, it was very enjoyable.

Breathtaking Views!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was well-stocked, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kids had a blast on the beach and the adults enjoyed the views! Definitely would book again!

My husband Dave and I had originally purchased a house in the Taft area of Lincoln City. Although it was very close to beach access, it did not have an ocean view. After owning that house for seven years, we decided to sell it with the goal of having a house with at least some view of the ocean.

It took us almost a year to find this property. Our criteria seemed simple, but all the houses within our reach did not meet the two main requirements: Good ocean view and close beach access. After viewing over 50 homes, this property by far had the best ocean view. Doesn't get much better than ocean front with floor to ceiling windows! To top it off, we ended up with direct access to the beach. The deck offers good visibility for when the kids want to go down to the sand. Younger kids best play in the stream that flows into the ocean, build sand forts/castles, or join up with other kids on the beach.
Originally the concept of having two units was not on our radar. As for any concern with adjoined units, any noise transmission is minimal to undetectable. Over our 12 year-plus history we have had no noise issues.

Frequently younger guests from the two sides will join up to enjoy the beach.
Location is awesome for watching beach activity. On occasion guests report seeing whales. With the right conditions, kite surfers with colorful kites frequent this beach; they can fly unbelievably high into the air. You have to see it to believe it.
