Beachfront cottage cozy & warm while watching wild surf action

The Jetty Avenue Cottage is a special place for adults. No kids please.
It's On the beach , a 1946 brick oceanfront gem within walking distance to Chinook Winds
Casino. The cottage features stairs directly to the famed Lincoln City
beach, showcasing some of the best views in the area for whale watching,
kite flying, and beach combing! The house is comfortably furnished and we
provide linens, towels, and a starter kit of paper products. Our newly
remodeled beautiful kitchen is well-equipped; the custom fir cabinets, new
appliances, and stunning blue quartzite countertops make the space a
delight to view and use. Other updates include oak flooring, brand new
bathroom with raindrop shower and soaking tub, an outdoor fire pit with
comfortable chairs and a picnic table. If indoors is your choice of the
day, we have board games and wifi as well as TV in each of the bedrooms
and living room including Netflix and Roku. Living room has a 42"
Please No single night gaps during Spring Break, July & August. Please do not book beyond 1 year out from todays date. Those rates are not posted

This is our second visit to your place. We really do love the chairs and facing the ocean. Love the easy access to the beach. The toilet seat in the main bathroom is loose/broken. The departure instructions are clear, but differ slightly. There was one document that indicated to strip the beds which we did.One of the other things that we love is, you can tell it is a family home. We appreciate you sharing your home.

The cottage was clean and comfortably furnished. Host provided binder with helpful information - thermostat, appliances, WiFi and TV, etc. Good location. Spent much of our time sitting is those comfortable chairs reading and looking out at the ocean. Second time we stayed at cottage and would stay again.

I came to relax from a busy schedule and was able to completely reset, the view from the house is award winning and hard to get up from. Kitchen was fully stocked and was in a great location.

Excellent location in adorable cottage on the ocean

This beautiful cottage was well stocked with all we needed for our stay. Communication for check in with property manager was via email, and easy to follow.

Adorable small cozy cottage

We loved this sweet little place on the ocean. Great location and stocked well with kitchen gadgets. The location is great. It was very quiet.
